Qualifying Conditions
Patients may qualify for medical marijuana in the state of Florida if they are a current Florida resident and have been diagnosed with the following conditions:
Cancer
Terminal condition
Epilepsy
Glaucoma
ALS
Crohn's Disease
Parkinson's Disease
Multiple sclerosis
HIV / AIDS
PTSD
A terminal condition diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the physician certification.
Chronic nonmalignant pain.
Other debilitating medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to those enumerated, and for which a physician believes that the medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the potential health risks for a patient.
