Qualifying Conditions


 

Patients may qualify for medical marijuana in the state of Florida if they are a current Florida resident and have been diagnosed with the following conditions:

  • Cancer

  • Terminal condition

  • Epilepsy

  • Glaucoma

  • ALS

  • Crohn's Disease

  • Parkinson's Disease

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • HIV / AIDS

  • PTSD

  • A terminal condition diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the physician certification.

  • Chronic nonmalignant pain.

  • Other debilitating medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to those enumerated, and for which a physician believes that the medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the potential health risks for a patient.
